A small but charming plot of land on a southern slope, with a view of the opposite hills of the foothills of the Jizera Mountains. Behind the house woods and cross-country ski trail. In addition, one semi-dilapidated cottage for complete reconstruction.

 

In the footprint of the original building we designed a wooden house with a simple silhouette, on a stone base, with a gable roof with overhangs. The facades, with the exception of the round windows in the gables, quote traditional morphology so that the house goes unnoticed by the passer-by. On the ground floor, however, the curved tan planks of the façade conceal a full-glazed living space, with views in all directions to the opposite hills and woods behind the house.
