The aim of the conceptual study is to prepare an analysis, research and conceptual variant design of the accessibility of the defined Children's Island and its surroundings for the public. The possibilities of new entrances to the Children's Island, access to the Vltava sculpture at its northern end, and the possibility of connecting it with Střelecký Island are examined.

The connection of the pedestrian routes between Children's Island and the Smíchov bank with the Kampa embankment, the improvement of the existing access to the island and better use of the potential of its banks for the public are also examined.
