The modest plot of land is located on the outer edge of Měděnec. The lapidary mass of the house relates to the historical context and forms the basis for the restoration of the former terraced housing in the street. By placing the house on the boundary of the plot, a west-facing garden with a terrace and mature larch trees overlooking the Erzgebirge meadows is created. The simple layout of the house reflects the leisure needs of a family of four and their guests.
