VILLA IN NEBUŠICE

We designed a luxurious villa on a spacious plot of 1353 m2. The villa is located in the northern part of the plot, where is connected to a dead end and quiet local road. The southern part of the land is bordered by the Divoká Šárka nature park. The main requirement of the investor was a modern and minimalist house, which will provide enough space and privacy for its inhabitants.

The future villa has 250 m2 of usable area and it naturally opens to a garden terrace with a summer kitchen. It is a simple mass with two above-ground and one underground floor. The above-ground floors are divided by a concrete roof with an overlap. On the ground floor, the roof creates a covered terrace and secured parking. Large-format windows with shading face the southern part of the plot, into the garden.
