Architektonické studio pro ty, kteří chtějí domov na míru. Navrhujeme domy promyšlené do posledního detailu. Jsme architektonické studio, které se specializuje na bydlení, rekonstrukce a dřevostavby. Cottage Domažlice Study 2025 Project 2025 Ing. arch. Nikola Bisová, Ing. arch. Jan Gabriel The brief was to create a cabin for two that could also welcome guests and offer them its space. On a small plot with strict limits on footprint, we searched for a balance between compactness and full comfort — a home that opens its arms to both residents and visitors, while wasting no space and using every corner with purpose and care. The design resulted in a structure that resonates with the scale and calm of the surrounding landscape. Its form settles naturally into the terrain, respecting the rhythm of the sloping site and creating a place for quiet moments with views of the countryside. It feels cohesive and inviting — simple in shape, harmonious in its relationship to the environment, yet open to living close to nature. Important elements : 1 Placement on the plot The cabin is positioned in the centre of the eastern part of the site, creating a series of connected garden nooks on three sides. The terrain slopes northwards, revealing a view of the town. From the terrace and the living area, the scenery of rooftops and greenery unfolds. 2 Proportions of the cabin and the landscape The cabin respects the scale of its surroundings and gently relates to the character of the landscape through its form and materiality. It does not seek to dominate; instead, it creates a welcoming atmosphere and a well-considered base that naturally resonates with the environment. 3 Layout The layout is clearly organised, with a distinct separation between the day and night zones. The living area opens naturally toward the landscape, forming a sensitive relationship between the interior and its surroundings. 4 Materiality The timber structure carries the warmth and authenticity of a traditional cottage. The sheet-metal roof, extending beyond the façade, frames the building and lends it a sense of lightness, openness and a subtle, harmonious expression.

"When the architects entered the project, the apartment had a new owner who wanted to make it a modern living space and more functional. The initial state was a run-down apartment with an unfortunate layout that offered pass-through rooms. The owner wished to create a home for a couple, with the idea that the apartment should also have space for working from home." April 2024 more about the project next article >

Svobodová We designed a luxurious villa on a spacious plot of 1353 m2. The villa is located in the northern part of the plot, where is connected to a dead end and quiet local road. The southern part of the land is bordered by the Divoká Šárka nature park. The main requirement of the investor was a modern and minimalist house, which will provide enough space and privacy for its inhabitants. The future villa has 250 m2 of usable area and it naturally opens to a garden terrace with a summer kitchen. It is a simple mass with two above-ground and one underground floor. The above-ground floors are divided by a concrete roof with an overlap. On the ground floor, the roof creates a covered terrace and secured parking. Large-format windows with shading face the southern part of the plot, into the garden. Monika Danielová In a clearing between the ponds in the rolling landscape of Czech Canada, we designed a small wooden apartment with two bedrooms and bathroom facilities. The entire pavilion is raised above the ground, perched on boulders and steel footings. We have reduced the mass of the building by dividing it into three simple blocks connected by a polygonal entrance space with overlooks. The pavilion, with its vegetated roof and weathered wooden facade, conceals a minimalist interior made of postcard CLT panels combined with cement slates and generous glazing to contact the landscape outside the windows.

Vlček, The brief for the complete reconstruction of a prefabricated apartment was to create a living space for a family of four. Originally, the apartment had only 2 bedrooms and a large number of poorly used spaces. The layout is newly structured with atypical furniture to make the space as efficient as possible and at the same time look generous. In addition, the apartment had to accommodate a piano, a large bookcase, a work area with a computer and plenty of storage cabinets. The furniture is completely custom-made and unified by the white colour, which visually increases the space. The flooring throughout the apartment is designed in natural marmoleum. The parents' sleeping area can be separated by three sliding panels. Although the children's rooms are minimal, the arrangement of the furniture has left plenty of space for play, clothes storage and desks. Půdorys návrh Půdorys původní stav

LUCERNA MUSIC BAR Redesign Studies 2014 - 2015 Realisation 2015 - 2016 Prague 1 Ing. arch. Pavel Lejdar in cooperation with Kvalitář studio Backstage Realization 2019 Prague 1 Ing. arch. Pavel Lejdar, Ing. arch. Eva Svobodová During the summer break in Lucerna Music Bar, the backstage area was completely renovated. The reconstruction included renovation of the facilities for performers, musicians and production. The most interesting element is the renovation of the stage coming out, whose circular shape is reflected in the floor plan of the backstage area. The perimeter wall of the stage was painted black and a logo installed, creating a photo wall. The aim was to provide comfortable facilities, consisting of four dressing rooms, a lounge area, toilet facilities and a production area. The total area of the backstage is approximately 200m2. The bar concept was kept in its original industrial style through the use of brick on the walls, leather seats, grey large format tiles and wooden elements on the floor and tables. LED coloured backlighting on the ceilings and stairs helped to enhance the club atmosphere.

Při navrhování klademe důraz na kreativitu, individualitu a funkčnost, které odrážejí naše inovativní přístupy. VILLA FOR 4+ Study 2021 Prague P. Lejdar, E. Svobodová In a traditional residential area on the outskirts of Prague, we designed the reconstruction of a First Republic villa for a young family of four. We connected the ground floor layout into one generous living space, which is newly opened into a beautiful back garden with a small extension. We also added a small extension to the street facade to expand the house's existing entrance staircase and entrance areas. Upstairs are all bedrooms, two of which are newly opened to the garden and access a new terrace. The attic and basement of the house are newly occupied - in the attic, there is a guest room, a study, and a relaxation area. In the cellar, we designed a small club with a fireplace, sauna, and wine shop. The main change in the house's external appearance is the abolition of the mansard roof, a slight increase in the roof, and the placement of a new dormer in the street. The house thus acquires a more villa character. With a subtle division of the facades and a distinctive prominent cornice in combination with the gray masonry of the plinths and the added volumes, we sensitively follow the original architecture of the house and the character of the surrounding buildings.

Gabriel Study of a roof extension of a corner apartment building in Karlín for the construction of loft apartments. The project follows the mass study of four apartment buildings in one block in order to maintain a uniform character and height levels of all roofs. The houses are located in the conservation area of the Prague City Conservation Area. A total of 6 flats are proposed in the loft extension, five flats are duplexes and two flats have terraces. The extension is accessed by an existing staircase and a newly built elevator located in the original skylight. There are studio windows facing the street and a corner dormer to the courtyard.
