Paclová in cooperation with the Kvalitář studio Photographer: Lukáš Hausenblas The reconstruction of a space-saving apartment in which there is no space for a separate living room was a big challenge. Among other things, the assignment was to connect the original furniture with Asian elements, the multifunctional use of the podium with tatami was a big plus for such a small apartment. Thanks to the removal of the partition between the rooms, a single airy space has been created, which can be divided by a Japanese sliding wall. This allowed more light and air into the entire space and we were able to fulfill the owner's wish for a large, comfortable kitchen with a dining table.

LIVING BETWEEN THE ANGLES Study and Project 2021 Implementation 2022 - 2023 Prague Ing. arch. Pavel Lejdar, Ing. arch. Silvie Zoubková Photographer: Lukáš Hausenblas We undertook the reconstruction of a corner apartment in a corner historic apartment building in Prague's Holešovice. The initial condition was a dilapidated apartment with an unfortunate layout with passageways and unusable rooms. Apart from a few original doors with original fittings, there was nothing to preserve. The new owner's wish was contemporary urban living for a couple and space to work from home. When all non-load bearing partitions were demolished, with the exception of all the walls, the result was a polygonal perimeter wall space with many different angles. The new layout has been tweaked to a 3 bedroom apartment, with the main living space and kitchen located in the nicest corner of the house, accessed by a new, irregular hallway. 240215_Byt U Smaltovny_stav 240215_Byt U Smaltovny_navrh

SANATORIUM MIKULÁŠOVICE Feasibility Study 2013-2014 Conversion of an Industrial Object Mikulášovice Mikulášovice - Šluknovský výběžek J. Vlček, P. Lejdar, J.Gabriel A large-scale project to convert the historic Mikov knife factory in Mikulášovice in the Šluknov region into a social and health care facility with facilities for the needs of the local community. The project is divided into several constructio n phases, which include the reconstruction of existing buildings on the site and the construction of several new buildings. We are currently completing a Feasibility Study and look forward to organising a neighbourhood workshop.

Monika Jůzová, Ing. arch. Ondřej Jelínek The modest plot of land is located on the outer edge of Měděnec. The lapidary mass of the house relates to the historical context and forms the basis for the restoration of the former terraced housing in the street. By placing the house on the boundary of the plot, a west-facing garden with a terrace and mature larch trees overlooking the Erzgebirge meadows is created. The simple layout of the house reflects the leisure needs of a family of four and their guests.

Jana Kusbachová The south-facing sloping plot is located on the outskirts of Abertam. The house takes its silhouette from a historic building in nearby Hrebecna, including the composition of the windows of both gables. The wooden building is based on a monolithic basement, which serves as the service part of the house with a sauna. The main living area with soapstone stove is oriented to the south overlooking the mountain meadows and the Pernin peat bog. The house will be used for the leisure of the family and their friends.

Bydlení na Greenu Architektonická Studie - vyhraná soutěž - 2020 Panorama Golf Resort, Kácov P. Lejdar, E. Svobodová, J. Vlček, J. Kusbachová Návrh 16ti rekreačních domků pro golfový resort s unikátní krajinou a architekturou. Louka určená k rezidenční zástavbě nabízí krásné výhledy do volné krajiny, na golfové hřiště a obec Kácov. Domy jsou navrženy jako přízemní bungalovy a jsou rozmístěny po svahu tak, aby si vzájemně nerušily výhled, byly od sebe dostatečně vzdálené a poskytovaly maximální soukromí. Inspirací urbanistického řešení je tradiční horská zástavba. Projekt počítá s vyšším standardem pro náročnější mezinárodní klientelu resortu, každá ložnice disponuje vlastním sociálním zařízením a přístupem na terasu s výhledem. Domy byly navrženy jako nízkoenergetické dřevostavby se zelenými střechami.

Lejdar in cooperation with Kvalitář studio The IPR container is our smallest container project, which was created in cooperation with the Kvalitář studio. The aim was to produce a multi-purpose presentation mobile container for rent. On the basis of this project, we were approached by the Institute of Planning and Development of the City of Prague (IPR) to supply a mobile unit to present the new metropolitan plan, the so-called "Uzemak". The mobility of the container allowed for easy movement around Prague, where it was used to meet the public and debate the metropolitan plan. The visual was based on a white, minimalist design that emphasized the main message and information banners and the IPR logo. The interior furnishings, made of steel profiles, were custom designed and included a table of a length equivalent to the 13 folders of the metropolitan plan. Doors served as boards for displaying banners, while a removable staircase offering a theatrical scene invited passersby to interact. The entire project was delivered in its entirety, including the transportation solution. The container was moved with the help of a boom truck and the wiring was designed to make the container easily connectable to public lighting in agreement with the city.

Lejdar, J. Vlček, M. Kłos, E. Svobodová Photography: Michaela Klementová In the family villa from the 1970s, thanks to a complete reconstruction, not only 4 residential units were created, but also an office and warehouse space for the company headquarters. These are located on the ground floor and in the basement. The original birch-coloured facade was replaced with a light grey one, the entrance to the house, the parking area and the area in front of the house were modified. In particular, we changed the levels in the entrance area of the house and removed an unnecessary chamber. The entrance hall is now more spacious and serves its function better. The staircase has also been fully renovated with new panelling and handrails. The villa offers 4 apartment units with a layout of 2 + kk for rent. Two of the apartments have balconies overlooking the garden and one is designed as a duplex. For the interior design we took inspiration from the 70s and used playful tiles and colourful wallpapers. Each apartment has a different colour scheme; one is red, one is turquoise, and the others are in petrol and blue. From the beginning, the investor had the intention to rent the apartments as partially furnished, so we designed only built-in furniture - kitchens, wardrobes and furniture in the hallways.
