LUCERNA MUSIC BAR Redesign Studies 2014 - 2015 Realisation 2015 - 2016 Prague 1 Ing. arch. Pavel Lejdar in cooperation with Kvalitář studio Backstage Realization 2019 Prague 1 Ing. arch. Pavel Lejdar, Ing. arch. Eva Svobodová During the summer break in Lucerna Music Bar, the backstage area was completely renovated. The reconstruction included renovation of the facilities for performers, musicians and production. The most interesting element is the renovation of the stage coming out, whose circular shape is reflected in the floor plan of the backstage area. The perimeter wall of the stage was painted black and a logo installed, creating a photo wall. The aim was to provide comfortable facilities, consisting of four dressing rooms, a lounge area, toilet facilities and a production area. The total area of the backstage is approximately 200m2. The bar concept was kept in its original industrial style through the use of brick on the walls, leather seats, grey large format tiles and wooden elements on the floor and tables. LED coloured backlighting on the ceilings and stairs helped to enhance the club atmosphere.

Lejdar in cooperation with Kvalitář studio The IPR container is our smallest container project, which was created in cooperation with the Kvalitář studio. The aim was to produce a multi-purpose presentation mobile container for rent. On the basis of this project, we were approached by the Institute of Planning and Development of the City of Prague (IPR) to supply a mobile unit to present the new metropolitan plan, the so-called "Uzemak". The mobility of the container allowed for easy movement around Prague, where it was used to meet the public and debate the metropolitan plan. The visual was based on a white, minimalist design that emphasized the main message and information banners and the IPR logo. The interior furnishings, made of steel profiles, were custom designed and included a table of a length equivalent to the 13 folders of the metropolitan plan. Doors served as boards for displaying banners, while a removable staircase offering a theatrical scene invited passersby to interact. The entire project was delivered in its entirety, including the transportation solution. The container was moved with the help of a boom truck and the wiring was designed to make the container easily connectable to public lighting in agreement with the city.

Vlček, S. Krčilová Photographer: Jan Gabriel The owners' brief was to create a clean open space with minimal furniture, but still find enough storage space. And also to keep the original atmosphere of the apartment as much as possible. We achieved this by preserving the original windows and doors, and the parquet flooring remained. We proposed several options for a new layout, and in the end the 3 + kk option won out. In the largest living room there is a kitchen with a dining room. A multifunctional wall runs through the entire apartment from the entrance to the kitchen, its curve follows the curve of the walls in the living room and hallway. We have thus created a design element out of a disadvantage.

Lejdar, J. Pecharová, S. Krčilová Photographer: Lukáš Hausenblas The apartment was created by converting an original commercial space on the ground floor of a historic apartment building in Prague. The space, accessible directly from the street, has always served as a shop - during the First Republic as a butcher's shop, later as an almond, a photographic studio and most recently as a travel agency. The unconventional multi-level space is newly divided into a kitchen area accessible by an entrance with a window directly from the street, a work and rest area in an inset semi-open floor above the kitchen and a private space in the intermediate level, accessible by a second entrance from the hallway of the house with a corridor, a pass-through bathroom and a bedroom. The aim of the design was to restore the original genius loci; a minimalist, economical interior with a minimum of furniture, maximum lightness and airiness of the structured space, preserving and restoring as many original elements as possible.

Bydlení na Greenu Architektonická Studie - vyhraná soutěž - 2020 Panorama Golf Resort, Kácov P. Lejdar, E. Svobodová, J. Vlček, J. Kusbachová Návrh 16ti rekreačních domků pro golfový resort s unikátní krajinou a architekturou. Louka určená k rezidenční zástavbě nabízí krásné výhledy do volné krajiny, na golfové hřiště a obec Kácov. Domy jsou navrženy jako přízemní bungalovy a jsou rozmístěny po svahu tak, aby si vzájemně nerušily výhled, byly od sebe dostatečně vzdálené a poskytovaly maximální soukromí. Inspirací urbanistického řešení je tradiční horská zástavba. Projekt počítá s vyšším standardem pro náročnější mezinárodní klientelu resortu, každá ložnice disponuje vlastním sociálním zařízením a přístupem na terasu s výhledem. Domy byly navrženy jako nízkoenergetické dřevostavby se zelenými střechami.

Monika Jůzová, Ing. arch. Ondřej Jelínek The modest plot of land is located on the outer edge of Měděnec. The lapidary mass of the house relates to the historical context and forms the basis for the restoration of the former terraced housing in the street. By placing the house on the boundary of the plot, a west-facing garden with a terrace and mature larch trees overlooking the Erzgebirge meadows is created. The simple layout of the house reflects the leisure needs of a family of four and their guests.

SMALL APARTMENT WITH CUSTOMIZED BED Project 2016 Realization 2016 Prague 7- Holešovice J. Vlček, J.Gabriel, P. Lejdar, J. Pecharová, S. Krčilová The brief was to fit a kitchen, bathroom, dressing room, living room, sleeping area and maximum storage space including the possibility of storing bicycles into a 37 m2 space. Our goal was not to divide the space with partitions or doors and to maintain the feeling of a generous airy apartment. The space of the apartment is divided only by inserted blocks with different functions such as a glass bathroom, a built-in kitchen with storage space and a "multifunctional bed".The soft shades of white stained pine plywood in contrast with the sandblasted glass and metal furniture created a contemporary cozy living in the context of a historic apartment, and the use of glass visually enlarged the space.
